The picture was taken in Tirana, at the residence of Albania's prime minister, where Kurti had gone to meet Rama, and was published in his account, on the social Facebook network, on the internet.
Matoshi has praised, through his writing on the same social network, that Kurti's photograph Rama and Depardius is missing even Slobodan Milosevic's fan, Austrian Peter Handke, who was rewarded weeks ago with the Nobel Prize for Literature.
