The head of the Secretariat at the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parastance, Mul Descu, told Kosovo Press that during this election campaign for early parliamentary elections for violating the Code of Goodwill, the total amount of fines amounts to 154 thousand and 450 euros.

Until now, the Democratic Party has been fined 52 thousand and 900 euros, the Democratic League is at 32 thousand and 700 euros, the Serbian List of 36 thousand and 100 euros. Then AAK-PSD with 28 thousand and 800 euros, the 2,500-euro Initiative, two small minority subjects, one has been sentenced to 250 euros, while others to 1200 euros. I highlighted earlier the total amount of fines so far is 154 thousand and 450 euros”, Descu said.

According to Descu, the nature of violations of the Code of Goodwill by political subjects during the campaign included exploitation of official authority, the exploitation of squares, the use of children in the campaign, etc.

According to him, even in this election campaign, which is due to end today, children have been exploited and PZAP has imposed 16 thousand fines, until eight complaints were accepted by nongovernmental organisations.

According to PZAP Secretariat leader Mul Descu so far, 104 complaints have been filed, 60 have been reviewed, 37 have resulted as based, 23 have been rejected as groundless, while 44 complaints are under consideration.

The head of the Electoral Panel Secretariat for Ances and Parastres, Mul Descu, has declared that during the election campaign in 2017, the pronounced fines have been left unpaid less than 5,000 euros are unpaid, by two Alternative subjects and the Turkish Party.
