Election system gives political parties room to manipulate with votes

After that, I might even make a decision, but the number will be very small... If there will be no discrepancy, we see that there will be no recounting”, he said.

On the other hand at one of the Central Election Commission meetings of the mayor, Valdete Daka has called on Kosovo's Prosecutor and Police to attend the QNR in order to obtain evidence about the possibility of manipulation on the day of the October 6th early parliamentary elections. She has even accused commissioners of political subjects that they are damaging the election process.

In this regard the executive director of the Committee for Jury and Political Studies, Naim Rashi, who is assessing that the election process is damaging the electoral system itself and the courage of political subjects to manipulate with the vote of citizens.

Rashit is expressing confidence that even at the polls that have not been subjected to the recounting process there are errors, says the phenomenon has been quite present in the 6 October parliamentary elections when a candidate of a political subject has been cast on another candidate's vote belonging to the same party.

“Dations coming exclusively from the electoral system and from the courage of political subjects to manipulate the activation of the vote counting results, putting votes in the appointed forms. This is mainly due to the electoral system that is left to manipulate and we believe that it is the last time we sit down and think about the electoral system to eliminate the defects because here we have a huge paradox where we have a very bold one candidate vote for someone else, it has been repeated so much in these elections that it's not random and it's not a technical error, and the second has to do with the way of running candidates where those who do the fields, who lobbie many, who manipulate the opinion to get high into the <111x> list, he said.

Regarding whether any criminal speculation has been filed by the State Prosecutor over the recorded irregularities he calls in the recounting, Kosovas has not received any concrete answers.

State Prosecutor Ekrem Lutfiu's spokesman through the phone has said that on this issue currently they cannot talk about this issue and that Kosovo's prosecutorial and police units are standing at the Counting and Results Centre in time.
