Artan Murati from the Kosovo Democratic Institute has said it remains disturbing the phenomenon with the large number of invalid ballots, where even in this election it has more than 400,000 invalid votes. According to him, the Central Election Commission should be important to this problem. Murati: The elections have been followed by several irregularities that repeat the ongoing Video “some of the occurrences that are repeated in the process of election in Kosovo, such as the increased number of voters with assistance, the inaccuracy of the voter list, and the difficulties in finding the polling centre, have been repeated in these elections. Also recorded are the case of voting, publicizing, more than one person's standing behind the voting booth and others. In this election, the case of voters who have been identified with expired documents has been noted as an abnormality, while another anomalies that have appeared in preliminary cases where there was a tendency, even allowed to be voted on with other documents, besides documents from the Republic of Kosovo”, Murati said. Florent Spahiu from DNV pointed to monitoring the election campaign, where he stressed that political subjects have exploited state resources in their party campaigns. Also, he said citizens were pressured by the Serbian List to vote on this subject. Spahiu: The Serbian list has pressured citizens to vote Video “The party where they have been competing with Serbian political subjects, including the country's north, this community in the campaign has not been in line with the standards under which the campaign had to be maintained because the Serbian List has pressured citizens to vote on that list. These have been found in terms of campaign parts, while political subjects in central power who have been very obvious both of the Serb and Albanian parts are using state resources in the campaign, as is the use of official cars in the campaign. In addition to state resources, such as car use, public servants have been used to participate in the” campaign, he said. Another problem recorded by DNV is the presence of children in the campaign. At the DNV conference, it said the CEC has shown a high level in office, having a transparent approach, which according to him has been advanced in the work of the CEC and the KKZ.
