(7 years ago)The voting process across the country is continuing to be monitored by the Coalition of NGOs “Democracy in Action”. So far, ballot boxes have been directed to over 550 thousand citizens from around the country. Through a communiqué to the media, DnV has indicated that 83 cases of photography [...] have been encountered by 1: 00 p.m.
Through a communiqué to the media, DnV has indicated that 83 cases of voting at 53 polling have been encountered by 1: 00 p.m.
Also, DnV has suggested that by this hour it has been reported on 31 cases that voters have made publication of the deployments.
By contrast, according to statistics published on the Central Election Commission's official site, by 1500 hours, some 550 thousand citizens from around the country have voted. Some 30,000 observers from local and international organisations are watching this election process.
In all of Kosovo, 895 polling stations with around 2000 polling stations have been opened, until the number of citizens rightly vote is 1 million and 937 thousand and 868.
Police and the State Prosecutor, the institutions with which the CEC always co-operates, will take care of the election process.
The Central Election Commission has certified 25 political subjects for participating in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
Among them, 4 coalitions, 20 political parties and 1 independent candidate. And these political subjects are Albanian, Serbian, Bosnian, Turkish Gorani, Ashkali, Roma and Egyptian.
