Kryeziu Ismes from DNV has shown the reasons for these delays.
“According to DNV observers we've had delays at 2.6 percent in opening the deployments, all these delays have been due to delays of commissioners and delays in distribution of materials, as well as the lack of seals which have been brought late”, Kryeziu said.
He has also said that a centre in Prizren has not yet been opened because a commissioner has withdrawn.
“is a centre in which citizens still cannot vote because of the withdrawal of a commissioner at the last moment at the “Uksin Hoti” centre in Prizren, and the responsible institutions are now making the commissioner's replacement to enable the opening of this” vote, Kryeziu said.
