Elez for Kosovo Press said the process of counting about 13 thousand and 500 ballot papers, which have come through the mail, is going according to the previous dynamic.
He has even expressed optimism that this process will be completed tonight, although it is said in the morning that the count will continue during tomorrow.
“So far the numbering of ballots abroad is moving according to the dynamics that have been envisioned here in the QNR, so there are 23 tables where the numbering process is taking place in the total of 13 thousand and 491 ballots from abroad that have come during September 19th, October 2019. We are hoping that in a short time in the version, I am optimistic that until the end of this day the count of these ballot papers will be closed and that there may be no need for tomorrow. In any case, we will be able to learn by the conclusion of this day to complete the numbering process”, Elez said.
Central Election Commission spokesman said they have so far not faced any obstacles, and that the number of votes by mail is being conveyed by observers of political parties and non-government organisations.

A total of 5242 ballots from the total number 13 thousand and 491 votes have been counted so far.
Based on the result, the Vetevendosje Movement leads by 2553 votes, followed by the Democratic League of Kosovo with a total of 972 votes. While, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has so far received 825 votes from the diaspora.
The AAK-PSD coalition has so far received 369 votes, while the Initiative coalition- A The KR-PD has received a total of 356 votes.
