Kosovo's Ambassador to the United States, Vlora Citaku, has reacted sharply after Peter Handke was honoured at the Nobel Prize for Literature.
According to Chitak, Handke has praised and supported Milosevic, known as the Balkan Kasap, writesabres.info.
