Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy candidate Blerim Latifi, via a Facebook text, says the PDK did not beat Vetevendosje and neither the LDK; but beat it itself. PDK.
He says that candidates from this party have run unscrupulous campaigns, buying votes for what he says are a few metres of wood for winter or other charities.
He has thanked his voters in Skenderaj, who say it lowers fears, threatening calls and propaganda against him.
For PDK chairman Kadri Veselin, he says he was lonely in the struggle to save him PDK.
Here's a full note:
PDK didn't beat him V Not the LDK! PDK beat him PDK: The unscrupulous struggle of its candidates to rob each other's votes! Naturally, those who have seen and controlled the party's infrastructure and logistics for their own ends have won this war. The only man there who thought about the fate of the party was her chairman. He was alone in his struggle to save him PDK. His attempt, Kadare would call it “The great loneliness campaign”
I entered the race because I trusted his platform for the country and the party, the platform on which I worked myself and protected him publicly in recent debates; and during the time when I defended him PDK in television studios, people on the ground campaigning against me. This is a typical example showing that tribal interests are above party in the PDK. So I practically learned that the most primitive opponents are not in other parties, but inside. PDK. And the saddest thing was when I saw the political misery in which Drenica was immersed, where votes were bought at between 5 and 10 euros, or with meters for winter, or other charities. Where people sell their political rights, every debate and every political idea is meaningless. That's funny thinking and acting in terms of normal democratic policy. In such political environments, good ideas are destined to lose the battle with dirty money, taken by corruption and the extortion of the state, and with false promises to employ people in public institutions illegally. This is a losing battle, but Kosovo has to win the war against its evil sons, who for power are able to overstep any rate, above any value and even destroy the future of the children of this country.
Finally I want to thank my fellow voters in Skenderaj, who overcame the fears, the threatening calls, the fucking propaganda against me, the pressure of the dirty money, and supported me. They are people of hope and I will never forget them. Meanwhile, the good people of the PDK wish them all the best in life and their families. They are most and deserve respect and support.
