He spoke from Davos, where he is attending the forum. Thaci has said we do not forget the past, but we must think about the future.
“I look with hope and optimism that things will go in the right direction, go towards a continuation of dialogue with our state and Serbia. It is encouraging to confirm the State Delegation and EU authorities' meeting in Brussels next Tuesday. I think this is a serious step and this delegation will have my full support. I hope and work to reach agreement in the future not far-off between Kosovo and Serbia -- a comprehensive agreement -- that will end with seating in the UN of Kosovo and with recognition of Kosovo from Serbia”, he has said. I think that then extraordinary opportunities for economic development will be opened to bring the world's powerful and serious investors to Kosovo, because we will continue to create an even better investment climate, legislation even safer”.
Thaci has stressed that no circumstances should affect reports with the US and the EU. According to him, Kosovo has no alternative other than the Euro-Atlantic future. /rtk/
