Eat hot food
Hot peppers can be a good option to remove the pain that causes a migraine crisis, because they are soothing pain. A certain amount of hot peppers should be used during the crisis, but not at every meal.
Cold Water
Dive both hands in cold water for as long as you can. This can help you to overcome the pain quickly. Open and close your fists while your hands are closed in water.
