MP The PDK, once the son of former commander Sami Lushtaku, Mergim Lushtaku, has expressed disappointment over the functioning of the Special Court, while Serbia's crimes in Kosovo are not being tried.

The exile, which accompanied his father to The Hague where he was interviewed by the Special Prosecutor, said Sami Lushtaku was invited by the Special Court to the quality of the witness and the accused.

As for the defence of the former commander of the Drenica area, Lushtaku described his father's lawyer as Geoffrey Nice, who was the prosecutor in the Slobodal Milosevic case.

Exile Lushtaku in an interview for Klan Kosovo also told about circumstances and discussions about his father's interview.
