The example below is not the common question; Is it half empty or half full?
To understand the weight of stress and the best way to fight it, we bring this case to them.
A woman takes a glass of water and asks her children: How heavy is this water - bearing glass? The answers were from 10-20 grams.
She looks at the children and tells them, the exact weight doesn't matter at all. That depends how long I'll hold it. If I hold it for a minute, it's not a problem, if I hold it in an hour, I'll have pain in my arm.
So her message is that the weight doesn't change, but the more it keeps it, the heavier it gets.
She went on, the stresses and concerns in life are like this glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a little longer, and they start to hurt you and cause you uncomfortable things.
