Kosovo Sports legend changes lives

At 63 years of age, Skender Sahiti, one of the best goalkeepers and handball players Kosovo has ever had.

Sahiti's career had started at the Borac Club from Ferizaj, defending this team's colors in the First League of the former Yugoslavia, Periscope follows.

With this team he had played in the Yugoslav Cup finals in 1979, and until he continued his adventure as handball player in clubs different from Yugoslavia, he finished his career in Italy's elite league.

In Italy, he had also successfully worked as a coach of male and female clubs to return after the war in Kosovo, where he trained the coach's profession at the Kastriot team. /Periscopi/
