Sahiti's career had started at the Borac Club from Ferizaj, defending this team's colors in the First League of the former Yugoslavia, Periscope follows.
With this team he had played in the Yugoslav Cup finals in 1979, and until he continued his adventure as handball player in clubs different from Yugoslavia, he finished his career in Italy's elite league.
