This confirms The Guardian. Ramsey has agreed to Italian conditions, but will join the team only in summer.
He will leave Arsenal as a free footballer and sign for five years with Italian champions.
The 28-year-old is expected to benefit eightm euros annually. Wellsian will wrap up his co-operation with Arsenal after 10 years.
According to Sky Italy, Ramsey is expected to sign the contract next week, but will close the season in London.
