In the decision he made on December 31st of last year, Shyqiri Bytyqi has named three members to the University Steering Council “Haxhi Zeka” in Gjilan and four members at the University Steering Council “Isa Bolatini” in Mitrovica writes Koha Ditore.
For six of those appointed, the paper has managed to prove they are members of the Social Democrat Initiative. There is even a charge against one of abuse of official duty.
The three appointed at the University of Gjilan, Emrush Thaci, Ylka Behluli and Artan Haziri are part of the minister's party.
On December 1, 2017, the Social Democrat Initiative had announced that it had joined 11 new members, including Emrush Thaci. So Thaci has an indictment filed in 2016 for misuse of official duty.
