Did Haradinaj ask visa liberalisation Hahni in exchange for lifting the tax on Serbia?

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has broken the Kosovo government's silence for the meeting he had today with European Union Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn.
With that he met today during the day at the Kosovo Government building, however, he has not held a press conference.
Even in the news release, there was no indication of what was discussed and what Hahn's demands were. However, his visit -- the second in two months -- comes after the Kosovo government's refusal to lift the 100 per cent tax on products of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Haradinaj left to understand in a Facebook post, nearly two hours after the meeting, which with Hahn has discussed the visa liberalisation issue.
In the visit that Hahn had before the new year in Kosovo, the commissioner said liberalisation could be discussed in 2010. But it appears the prime minister has proposed another deal for him, so that the decision can be reached more quickly.

“At a meeting with EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn, I reaffirmed that Kosovo's position is steadfast on the road to EU integration. In this direction, we have noted progress in the European agenda, and after meeting the overall criteria for liberalisation, we expect a quick decision to be recognised by the right of free movement”, Haradinaj wrote.
The exchange of visa liberalisation with tax removal seems to be the most real option for Kosovars to start travelling freely across Europe. /Periscopi
