You can exercise from 15 times to 3 times each day, and you will see the results after the first month of exercise; you can expect a positive mood, less stress, better digestion, and loss of pounds.
Exercise you can do at home:
1. Stomper muscles
Relying on the base of your stomach, you pull it in and you tighten it, then you get it up until you feel like your muscles pile up, then you get loose and lay down.
2. Lifting Butts
Lie on your back and place your feet under the 45 - degree angle. Bury your butts, and get up high, leaving the upper back next to the floor.
3. swimmer
Lie on your belly, and at the same time raise your hands and feet up and alternately lift up and down with the hooks of your chest, hands and feet on the floor.
4. Hand-to-hand balance
