A quiet night's sleep is getting even more rare, for scientists found that people who dig in have almost doubled their numbers over the past 20 years.
Experts in the United Kingdom, Nose Hospital & Ear say that pregnancy rates and the use of smartphones may be behind increased rates of serious snoring.
They found that seven percent of the population have sleep offerings, the most severe form of disorderly sleep breathing, compared with less than four percent two decades ago.
