Stressing that Belgrade managed to bring back the Kosovo issue “as the main topic of the agenda”, Daciq has said that “Sergei Lavov had told Belgrade yesterday that it is the historical “that 12 countries have attracted recognition of Kosovo independence”.
Dacic has not indicated which state will be the one that can attract recognition of Kosovo's independence, Time broadcasts.
