If you are looking for new ways to include your children in each part of your day, you should follow some advice.
All parents want their children to have a secure and healthy life. But this is difficult to achieve because the day is busy, society, and all other obligations. So commitment and attention to them is not always what you want.
It is difficult to balance work, family, and other activities of the day. However, setting a healthy example is a good start.
Do your chores together: Instead of putting family members away while you're doing housework, it's best to share your jobs with everyone. Make your jobs a game of getting everyone involved. Race to see how fast you can clean your house and then try to build a graph for next week. During this time, also try to have fun with music as you place your washing machine, take your children to sing, and dance with them. Take the dog for a walk and make a skating or jumping rope.
Go shopping together: This is very necessary and worth mentioning: Families who eat healthful food are prone to wholesome habits, such as regular physical activity. If you want less obligation after giving birth to a child, simply feed them safely, you should include the entire family. Most likely you will succeed. Take your children to the market, take the fruits and vegetables they enjoy, and include in preparing food. They? They're far more likely to taste their food. Then, even to clean their dishes.
Plan activities outside the wild: Set one day a week when you and your children can do something active and, unlike the daily: swimming in summers, mountain trips or skis in winter, or a picnic in the spring of autumn. Organize a lunch in the wild together, and select some healthful foods after good training. After this day, everything will be more energetic in the family.
Make gymnastics together: Ask around the house in gym clubs and other community centres in your area about yoga or gymnastics, classes formed together with parents and children. If your child is too young to participate, look for classes that can help you burn calories with your child, including those in your yoga movements. Or take the dog with you.
Move the family room: Very often, the family room is the home seat of laziness, usually the salon: a comfortable bed, video games, a shelf full of DVDs and nothing to encourage some physical activity or even a gym corner. However, there are ways to increase the child's care, without fixing the entire living room by attracting the giant equipment furniture. Set a time limit for television viewing, and include some necessary exercises to keep the entire family moving.
