The Assembly debates the NGO law amid insults for them: Faydegi, Mafia, corrupt

Kosovo's Assembly is discussing the law regulating financial activity of nongovernmental organisations [ NGOs, writes Periscope.

The debate is very severe, while differences between position and opposition have been recorded say overall. Glauk Konjufca of Vetevendosje has claimed to oppose this law, since several nongovernmental organisations have declared the same. Furthermore, he has added that not all NGOs are criminal and that it is not right to generalise.

Deputy Zeka of the Initiative has sharply criticised these organisations, as have other MPs.

Even earlier, there have been serious doubts about the activity and possible misuse of these organizations that receive funds mainly from abroad. /Periscopi
