By the 30.06.2018, about 11:30 at the Styropore factory in the village of Mushnikova, while the deceased was working at his workplace in the recycling machine of the strytore waste, and not being trained and instructed in the way of the car, in a moment he picks up the sack of pending waste and tries to shake it in the car, and suddenly in the absence of protective measures, by pulling the bag, he pulls out the victim with him, and then he pulls the same animal with him, which he loses his life in a tragic manner.

“In this way, the accused A.B., as a legal person and as a responsible person for the workplace's security and health, does not act in accordance with the provisions or technical rules on measures for workplace security, and with these actions there is well-based suspicion that he has committed criminal work unjustly, damage or removal of protective equipment and the risk of safety in the workplace, from Article 367, paragraph 1 concerning paragraph 3 and 7 of KPRC”, the prosecution's announcement in Prizren states.
