The 26-year-old from Gjilan blackmailed the minor with photographs and forced her to have sex with him

Callo.com has secured the request of the Prosecutor who was sent to the Foundation Court in Gjilan.

The federal prosecutor's request in Gjilan says the 26-year-old was blackmailing the minor via the social Facebook network to go out and meet him and have intimate relations, because otherwise he would discover and publish photos.

In the detention requirement, it is said that in those photographs, the minor had been naked with her former boyfriend.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan's request for detention has suggested that a six-to five-year penalty for this offense is handed down.

These are the circumstances which are also demeaned in terms of the nature of criminal acts, since in this case, it has become an attack on the honor and authority of a child and that the justice organs are obliged to protect the human law good in general and on the particular emphasis of this sensitive category of children who are protected by international conventions and that judicial institutions, as authorities, have observed the same positive obligations that falls on Kosovo institutions, says the prosecution's request.

The 26-year-old defendant has been under ban since January 24th, while the case has occurred on January 23rd around 8:00.

Based on evidence, evidence and message photos, the prosecution has filed a request for the detention of 26-year-old.

In the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj, the Prosecution Judge is required after the defendant's hearing to pronounce the detention move as a measure of security of the defendant's presence in the procedure, as well as to prevent obstruction that could become the process of testing on the one hand and the concern of the injured and her family on the other. /Periscopi
