Veton Surroi: During the war, civilians were more at risk than KLA soldiers

In an ironic writing published at the KoHA portal, renowned Kosovo publicist and writer Veton Surroi has spoken about the veterans' case, writes Periscopi.

Surroi is cynically demanding pensions for five hundred thousand LDK members during the time of the '90s.
