The ministers belong to the Serbian List, the political subject that maintains strong ties with Serbia and does not recognise Kosovo's independence. In late March, it emerged from the ruling coalition. The move was taken, in recognition of a police action resulting in the arrest of Kosovo Co-ordinating Office Director of Serbia Marko Djuric. Since then, all 10 deputies of the same political subject have emerged in opposition.
Ivan Todukik is one of the three ministers who operate positions while resigning. He runs the Ministry of Management of Local Power.
MP PDK, Nat Hasani, is chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for Local Power. He's shown how he never responded to reporting requests.
