One of the countries in crisis for workers is Switzerland, where the government and the farmers' union have undertaken campaigns to regulate the labour market and reintegration of refugees.
There are about 14 farms seeking refugees for a temporary job, for which 3200 francs will be paid monthly.
There were only six farms that could have found workers, while the rest canceled their offer. That's because they didn't find refugees.
This project still has until 2018, while in its announcement the Federal Secretariat for Migration suggests it will help asylum seekers and refugees better integrate and learn one of the country's four languages.
