Chelsea legend John Terry is expected to sign for Spartak Moscow, as 37-year-old is conducting medical visits with the Russian club and if he passes them, there is almost a seasonal contract, for 2m euros.
The defender has been a free agent since leaving Aston Villa at the end of May, following the defeat in the playoff-off of Champship, against Fulham.
Terry was indecisive about the future, even thinking of withdrawing from football, but in the meantime he had again received an offer from Villa and seemed to sign in Birmingham again.
However, the veteran defender has already made a surprising choice, going to Russia. Spartacus Moscow is looking for an experienced defender, for he has lost for grave damage to French Samuel Gigot. The Russian club will participate in Europe's League this season and targets the champion title in Russia.
