Periscop sources have said the Serbian List has had no condition for the negotiating team's vote proposed by the Kosovo Government.
This suggests that the session has been postponed on orders by Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq in agreement with Kosovo President Thaci.
A possible resolution by the opposition for failing to affect Kosovo's territorial integrity would have an impact on talks expected to continue on 7 September between the country's two presidents. Even the government took the step of calling the opposition and is putting it off for hours now, with no reason for that.
