Kosovo's “Police have taken everything into account for the security of President Vucic during his visit to Kosovo and assigned the movement routes. Any attempt to carry out the visit through alternative, uncertain roads does not contribute to the good purpose of the visit”, Pacolli wrote.
In this way, Pacolli has shown Kosovo's state unable to impose rules on a president of another country.
Aleksandar Vucic has come to Kosovo to visit several Serb locations. It is on the second day of the visit, while today it has been banned from residents to a village in Drenica.
