The director of the Kosovo Chamber of Economics, Berat Rukiqi, has said that establishing the highway tax on the Nation Road instructs Kosovo businesses to navigate other markets. The decision to place the tax on the Milot-Morine highway has made it known to Albania's Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy until the Ministry of Infrastructure in Kosovo was completely ignored to ask about this fee that Kosovars are forced to do.
