Hurricane Florence hits the East Coast of the United States

People in North Carolina and South Carolina have only hours left today to take the last steps to escape the storm.
The National Center of the Urangans predicts that the hurricane winds will reach the coast between these two countries in the late hours of today and in the early hours of yesterday.
Its slow speed will cause Hurricane “Florence” to hit the two Carolinas with waves after heavy rainfall waves, causing catastrophic floods and exits from riverbed”.
By the time the storm has left the region, forecasters believe it will have dropped between 50 and 75cm of rain in coastal areas, even in some areas as much as 100cm. In the more internal areas of the continent, rainfall will be at 25cm and further to 15cm.
Another danger to residents of the coast is the storm wave. The normally dry areas can also be flooded with up to 15 feet [4 m] of water moving toward the earth.
The National Center of the Urangans said the speed of Hurricane “Florence” has today a maximum level of 175km per hour and that it will maintain that speed until it hits the ground.
But because the hurricane - force winds extend to a radius of 130 miles [130 km] from its center, people on earth will experience significant deterioration of conditions long before the hurricane's epicenter arrives on earth.

Some 10 million people live in areas designated as threatened by hurricanes and tropical storms today.
The leaders of American states found in the storm trajector have warned residents to evacuate from the most endangered areas. Governors of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia have declared a state of emergency to assist in relief operations.
