“If the deputies of the Serbian community, who in recent years, are more Belgrade instruments and if Belgrade will block any important decision-making, such as the military, I think we should continue the process by law”
Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj has said the government will continue with the plan to make the Kosovo Security Force by means of legal changes, given the Serb deputies' refusal to vote on constitutional changes in the process.
In Zone B, he has declared that he cannot be expected until Serb List deputies are cut off from being Belgrade hostage, and that there is international consensus to make the military through legal changes.
“This government can be criticised for many things, but we've taken two actions that have been important: we have ratified the agreement with Montenegro and made a decision that through legal changes we can complete the process of making the army”.
“If the MPs of the Serb community, who in recent years, are more Belgrade's instrument and if Belgrade will block any important decision-making, such as the military, I think we should continue the process by law”.
There is a full consensus that we through legal changes we complete the process of making the Kosovo Army”.
Serbia's “Wayline can only change when Serbia recognises Kosovo. Otherwise, Kosovo Serbs are officially hostage to Belgrade and will never vote for making the army”. /Kankosova
