Washington is known to be putting pressure on Serbian authorities for years now and years to find the persons responsible for killing the Bytyqi brothers.
Haradinaj has written that the parents of the Bytyqi brothers have expressed their highest considerations for their children's precious contribution to freedom and that the people of Kosovo will eternally remember with the pillars.
“During the awards ceremony for the Bytyqi brothers, from the country's president, at the order of the heroes of Kosovo, Father Ahmet and Mother Bahrie, I expressed the highest considerations for their children's precious contribution to freedom, as well as for the steadfast commitment of the family and the second battle, to bring justice to the country”, Haradinaj wrote.
He has further added that at the heart of the sacrifice of the Bytyqi brothers, there is the true dimension of the Kosovo war, which was strongly supported by their second homeland, the US.
