The Gjakova Command boy in the race to become a cop

On the first list with the names of candidates meeting the conditions to undergo tests to become part of the Kosovo Police, Betim Hasi's name did not figure.

However, on the recently published list his name now figures on this list as one of the candidates that meets the conditions for continuing with the test card that police are organising.

Contacted over the phone by KALLXO.com, director Ahmet Hasi said he does not know the details of why his son had been rejected on the first list.

Betim Hasi told KALLXO.com that after not having included his name on the first published list, he had filed complaints.

I wasn't on the first list, but I complained. The reason I haven't been on my first list is my degree. Police have had confusion and complaint I have offered all necessary evidence and now on the second list, so after my complaint has been reviewed, my name has also been”, stated Betim Hasi, candidate to become a member of the police.

Hasi said everything was fine the first time, but his name was on the second list only after he filed a complaint.

Asked whether he expects to become a member of the police, he said: “I cannot know”.

He has said he has had no influence on his father's part, Ahmet Hasi, regional director of the Police in Gjakova, to have his name published as one of the candidates who meets the conditions to submit to tests to become part of the police.
