France drive them away, Albanian family ends up in hospital

Asylum seekers who forcibly return to Albania after a long time of stay in the European Union countries experience it as a drama of restitution. The Tocilla family from Kukes, from France, ended up in a hospital in Tirana. Two minor children hardly speak Albanian, while their father became seriously ill. August 24 is a date [...]
August 24 is a date that will not be easily forgotten by the Tocilla family hoping to gain asylum in France. On the morning of that day, about 5 and a half hour, 7 persons, policemen and civilians took the four family members from Bordo and took them to the airport and then sent them to Albania. Today they live in relatives in Tirana and in a room without any income.
A French association that had helped the Kukesian family staged a protest against the expulsion of the Tocilla family. Participants held small chairs on their heads, such as teaching and the future of two wonderful children, to dominate the heads of expulsion decisions, writes Top Channel.
Silina is nine years old, and this year she will go to third grade even though she did it in France. Brother Besard will begin first grade, but 5-year-old speaks French, very little Albanian.
Fatos is 48 years old. In 2014 he left with his family from Tirana to France, by ferry to Italy and by train to Bordo, with borrowed money.
He lived there a year and a half until August 24. Children went to school and garden, and an association helped with asylum procedures.
Fatos once worked in construction, but in 2006 he had a car accident and has been suffering from seizures. Before his family left for asylum, he lived with only $90,000 of the disability that was interrupted when he arrived in France.
As soon as Fatos arrived in Albania, he underwent emergency surgery after his stomach burst. On September 24th, the Tocilla family expects the development of a court session, which hopes to give them the right to return to the country that lacks the four.
