Fier's prison director massacres convicts, letters found: Stop filling the walls with blood

They complain of undaunted behaviour by director Arjan Hasani, who violates and does not allow prisoners the most minimum rights.

One of the letters says:

We apologize for the inconvenience. We're writing to you from Fier's prison. Saimir and Gail, for society abroad we are the scum of society, but even though we are in prison, we have our rights. And there are not only rapists and pedophiles in prison, but there are (persons) without license, construction without permission, light and water failure.

Our problem is how many times this prison is run by Arjan Hasani here dominates violence and nothing works. This guy puts in his cousins and his area and there's nothing going on here except violence, wood, isolation, revenge and arrogance.

We do not ask for privileges in prison, that this is a prison of low security, where there are minor crimes. We ask that there be no violence, and that the principal not do to us as he wills, and against the law, that we are all alike before the law.

At 2 o'clock in the night, we are subjected to physical and mental violence, ridiculed, reviled. And so we went on strike. Do you know how he told us with that herpelena arrogance? May the letter find you well. We who are writing to you are the convicts of Fier's prison, the first floor of custody. We've been on strike since Friday. We wrote our problems to the prison owner, Arjan Hasani. We tell the owner that the day he got back to work, he turned the prison into a private.
As soon as we complained in his eyes and gave him the letter with the signatures, he tore the letter and shut the doors so we wouldn't meet each other. It has blocked calls not to complain to journalists, the ombudsman and the Helsinki Committee.
Our first point of strike is to remove the physical and mental violence that Arjan Hasani has installed with her cousins, who have hired them in the willing group!
Let's have the medicine that the family brings us because we've never seen these prison people before. Remember, three convicts have died in this prison, as long as Director Arjan Hasani has led them.

We want hot showers and water to work so we can wash. We want the vendor from Tepelena, the director's man, to lower the prices. One yogurt of 1,000 dollars.
We want them not to terrorize us with searches at 1, 2, 3. The man complains about revenge. We want the prison back to what it was like with the previous directors, education institutions and not the jungle and wood institutions.

We hope you can understand that we don't want luxury, we don't want pools in prison, but we want them to stop beating us in isolation because there are no cameras. Please take the ombudsman and Helsinki Committee to see for themselves”.

Hello, Saimir and Gail. I'm an Albanian, not a Serb. I have a son in Fier's prison for a car accident, not terrorism and war crimes. When I went to my son two days ago, I saw him in his face, scared. The things he put out to wash were blood. I was told by the boy on strike against the violence that Director Arjan Hasani exercises.
Saimir the evil mother, when this director has returned, we are afraid to go to the meeting for fear of the children and all the signs.
The cops have all changed, and these young people don't behave well with us family. Please Saimir help us, mother evil. With respect, anonymously, he's beating our boy again”.

A former police agent also confirmed the violence exercised by director Arjan Hasani against the convicts and indicated he is unemployed only because he rejected that fact.

I am currently unemployed because with the return of director Arjan Hasani refused to rape convicts. He fired me and put his cousins and tepelensa to work. This warden turned prison into a private. He just came to avenge himself against all the personnel by firing them and deciding his men. He turned Fier's prison into hell. He used to say: Do not communicate with the convicts that they are our enemies. But my job is that the convict goes to the police for everything.

Please, I urge you to enter the Fieri Penitentiary Service, which is called USB, and depends on the Ministry of Justice, and to see the violations that Hasani has committed and is making. This guy gets you off the job like he owns his dad's property.
