AKP board approves the “Social Undertaking statute” for 5 companies

The Board of Directors of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency yesterday held the regular meeting, with which they discussed and considered the recommendations of the Internal Audition Unit, stressing the importance of meeting recommendations and dedication in their monitoring.
The board at this meeting was announced regarding recent developments in the AKP, at the same time approved the SHAL 43 to be announced for sale soon according to procedures. Moreover, at this meeting the Board reviewed and approved the S.H.I.E.G.R. transactions.
According to the media statement submitted by this institution, the Board also discussed and approved the rental proposals for the assets of companies to liquidate the proclamation of 31.08.2018 and also approved Commission reports on defining the market price for renting NSH assets.
Among other things, the Board adopted the statute as Social Enterprises for the following companies: 1) “Dunav”; 2) “Batas”; 3) “Branco Dimic”; 4) “Bororoo”; and 5) “Astibo”.
The agency will long announce the parties' decisions made at the Board's meeting, while the next meeting will be held on 26 October.
