The giants of La Ligas have warned of a legal act after refusing to pay Andre Curey as Neymar's representative in their agreement with the SPG for the Brazilian.

Barcelona is refusing to pay a sum of money for the executive representative of Neymar, Andre Cury, which was part of the 222m-euro deal.

Radio station Cadena Ser has said on Thursday that Cury, an adviser to the Cataluns Club for the market with the American-South players, had to be given 6.6m euros as part of the Neymar evacuation agreement in Paris Saint-Germain last year.

Cury has rejected this report, according to the Catalan Sport daily, while the club has issued a statement that he will not receive such a payment.

While they have acknowledged that Curry is involved in several signatures of players like Philippe Coutinho, Paulinho, Yerry Mina and Arthur, Barca has stressed that he is by no means part of some of the Naymar fee because players have only been activated by the purchase clause.

“Barcelona refuses to make any payments to Andre Cury as the commission for the removal of the player Neymar Jr”, the club statement said.

The evacuation was not the result of any transfer agreement, but it was part because the other club paid its release clause. Curry, there's no exclusive contracting agreement with the club, even though his company handles the” scan.

“He has previously collaborated with Barcelona where we've got his players like; Paulinho, Yip Mina, Coutinho and Arthur. Barcelona maintains the right to take legal action if the club sees such false stories distributed in order to protect the club's legitimacy and its image”.
