The Ohrid Agreement, signed 17 years ago, finally halted armed conflict and created prospects for peace, stability and interethnic co-existence in Macedonia. Even after 17 years it remains the largest guarantor of Albanians' rights and stability in the Western Balkans”, it has written.
The plan, according to President Thaci, its full implementation, as well as the name agreement with Greece, eventually paves the way for Macedonia's membership in NATO and the EU.
