The former head of the Kosovo Academy of Sciences and Arts, simultaneously a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, Hivzi Islami, today, at the Muciba/Busic border crossing has not been allowed by Serbia's border police to go to Presevo.
Islam had departed with the family to visit his family in Presevo. Other family members traveling with him were allowed to cross the border, while he was not without an explanation from Serbian border police.
Otherwise, until today academic Islam has travelled to Presevo and Bujanovac every time there was reason or desire without any problem. He is born in Letovica in Bujanovac, while his close relatives live in Letovica, in Bujanovac and Presevo, A reports A. SHAK.
