He did so in an interview for the newspaper “His native Ekipa”, in despair of Real Madrid after believing in a possible SPG sentence before the end of the summer pass-by deadline and thus, much easier to sign with Kylyan very desirable Mbarpa.
But, Ceferin has indicated that the decision will not be taken yet, while he does not believe in media reports that Real is looking forward to UEFA's last word.
“Decision for The PSG will be called in later. It is not true that Real Madrid is waiting for this decision”, Cefer said.
The team from Ligue 1 had bought Neymar for the record amount, 222m euros last summer, and borrowed Mbarpe from Monaco for 180m euros.
For what they spend, UEFA is collecting evidence and will then come up with a final decision.
