The light from Gjilan has reacted to a 10,000-euro sentence and the development of two matches without viewers from the NFF Disciplinary Commission, in connection with the Supercup events at the “Stadium, Fadil Vokrri”.
The Kosovo club has issued a communique after this:
COMMUNICS
By the 1708.2018 Kosovo Football Federation made decision that our club be punished with ;
1) 10,000 (euro) fine and
2) Development of two domestic matches without fan presence.
Calling to Article 39 Race Order, point (1, 2, 3) and in
Discipline settings: Article 8, point 4 (C, E)
Article 29, Article 50, paragraph 1 point 3
Article 51 paragraph 1 point 1.
Club Headship IN THE wake of the announcement of this decision by NAK bodies, he held a long meeting where the decision in question was discussed in detail.
We ask the NFF to be clarified
“Reasoning decision”.
Take an example, relying on Article 39 of race regulation points 3
Clearly checks that ;
“The sports event organiser is obliged to take all necessary actions to ensure sporting events, and in particular should take care of preventative measures to show violence and illegal behaviour”.
Additional information on this point is just about not having organisational responsibilities as a club.
The goal by analyzing the disciplinary adjustment, respectively, Article 29, 50 and 51 come to the conclusion that ;
Article 29 represents “RA STET ENVENDA”, Article 51 points 1 says ;
“In the event of the drop of solid items without consequences on the ground the club is punished with money”.
Without clarity we have here because Article 29 considers the case as “T Um... ENVIDENCE”, while Article 51 points 1 is easy and devoid of consequences.
Article 51 points 3 points that ;
“Ekipi can be sentenced to two to four matches without viewers being present in case of attempted assault on official persons or football players on both sides”.
We're all witnesses that our fans haven't attacked officials or footballers.
However, the irrevocable action on their part should be condemned rationally.
The 50th article to which he referred The FFK clearly shows that the club, which does not organise the match in line with provisions and competition regulations procedures, will be punished with money.
Again, we seek additional clarification because we have not had organizational responsibilities.
The Kosovo Football Federation has expressed readiness to once and for all eliminate negative phenomena in Kosovo football.
We as the club congratulate Chairman Agim Ademi and all his staff, also thank them for helping us to organize the matches in the international arena.
We will in no way allow our club to be stained and damaged the image of Kosovo's superliga.
As a club, we will be collaborators and allies to fight together any indecent behaviour in Kosovo stadiums.
We ask for FFK understanding about our request, we also publicly express that we respect any decision on the part of the disciplinary organs and encourage them to deal with the problems of our football by any means and in any way to deal with any way.
We consider the amount of money we owe to pay is very high in relation to the financial standard of Kosovo clubs.
We very much hope that this request of our club for additional information and review of the decision from the second degree will be considered. As a club, we reconfirm trust in the Federation bodies and we will always be ready for correct co-operation.
With much respect,
FC Light.
