Hoti: These swollen lists are insulting to all freedom fighters

The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo parliamentary group, Avdullah Hoti, has written that Kadri Veselin and Ramush Haradinaj's insulting and deignive statements to the former prosecutor spread their political mind and are clear evidence of their protracted hand in the justice system.

The institutional crisis in Kosovo has deepened over the summer, and the situation is alarming.

The concern of the outgoing US prosecutor made public by him confirms doubts that the justice system in Kosovo has alarming deformities. Foreign interventions enable the independent functioning of this system.

Inflated veterans' lists are costing us millions of euros of Kosovo's poor budget. These swollen lists are insulting to all freedom fighters alive, down and disabled.

This crisis situation is not without a way out. Quitting the crisis requires confrontation and accountability towards citizens of those who have created this situation. Others remain the justice system, which the system in the new political context will function freely.

Only Kosovo citizens can end such stories and open a new page for future generations.
