A new study points out that eating three handfuls of nuts within a week reduces the risk of aerial vibrations by 18%, writes the DailyMail.
Nearly 1.3 million people in Great Britain are diagnosed with aerial vibrations, and some 500,000 are with this condition but not diagnosed.
The research was conducted at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, where 60 thousand young people have been seen wearing nuts and heart health for 17 years.
From there it has turned out that consumption may be linked to reducing the risk of heart disease and heart attack.
