As Europe becomes another heat wave, weather seers say the record of all time can be broken these days.
The current European record is 48 degrees Celsius, registered in Athens in July 1977. The temperatures are growing in Spain and Portugal, also helping with a hot air wave from Africa, and even our country is not escaping this trend.
By “BBC Weather”, projected temperatures for southwestern Spain and Southeast Portugal are 47 degrees Celsius for Friday and Saturday.
