Citizens of Macedonia spend most or one third of the day asleep. Statistics show that 36 percent of their time is spent sleeping.

Free activities drop 22 percent of the time, out of 10 percent in domestic activities and work, nine percent for food and drink, four percent for travel and schooling, and one percent for other activities.

Individuals over 10 years of age average eight hours and 44 minutes of sleep during the day or night.
