All you have to do is sit on the floor and kneel.
Look on the floor for a few seconds, you'll feel dizzy and then put your head on the floor like you're about to roll ahead.
In this position turn your head to the one side you feel more dizzy and look at your elbow.
If you feel dizzy, stay in this position until your mind is fired. Quickly raise your head to the shoulders level so that you can stand parallel to the floor.
Keep your head upside down all the time and stay in this 30 seconds position, slowly return to your seated position. Perhaps you will be forced to repeat this exercise several times.
Before repeating your exercise, pause for at least 15 minutes.
