The “United States strongly supports the EU facilitated dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina. Of course, the EU has all the details for this process, but it seems as if everyone has worked hard to meet the Serbian Commission Association Agreement (AKS) to come out of the dialogue, especially with the period of the statue's drafting as we approach August 4th”, says the American Embassy's response. It further writes that the Government of Kosovo took a major and very welcome step when it launched the process in April of this year.
Kosovo's <x0bores, which are part of the AKS Managing Team, which are actually responsible for drafting the first draft of the statute. The next step under the Brussels Dialogue Agreement is for the two sides' implementation committees to find a time to meet in Brussels on their own to review and discuss the Statut draft. We hope that all observers will allow the processes to continue to develop consciously, and until the end of time, as is seen with the deal”, they have said at the American Embassy.
