The bill gives Association executive competence

The Kosovo government has no information as to what content the draft state will have for establishing the Association of Serb municipalities in Kosovo.

The information for him will be received only after he has been handed over to the Brussels authorities on the part of the management team for the establishment of Association, a team consisting of four Serbs.

Public television has reported that the new statute, which is already finalising the draft, aims at the possibility of constitutional changes so that this association has executive competencies.

The head of the Kosovo delegation for technical negotiations, Avni Arifi, says such an option will be unacceptable to Kosovo institutions.
